Turn off TV’s, lights and air conditioning after use.
Moving or altering gym equipment in anyway is prohibited.
Residents are required to BYO towel when using equipment.
No towel, no training.
Equipment to be wiped down after use with disinfectant wipes.
Residents are required to leave the area in clean condition and remove all rubbish.
Damage and excess cleaning costs will be passed onto responsible residents.

It is the resident's responsibility to keep car spaces clean including oil leaks and car fluids.
